Elizabeth Gardens Residential Aged Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our residential aged care team on a part-time or casual basis.

As a PCA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working as part of a team-oriented and supportive team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Provide person-centred care and support to residents.
n
- Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living activities.
n
- Complete accurate care documentation and reporting.
n
- Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing.
n
- Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety requirements.
n
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the care team.
n
- Participate in mandatory training and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

What You’ll Bring: nn




- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
n
- Experience in aged care or health services (preferred).
n
- A compassionate, patient, resident‑focused approach.
n
- Robust communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Understanding of person‑centred care and dignity of risk.
n
- Availability for afternoon and morning shifts.
n

Key Requirements: nn
- Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- Proof of Covid‑19 vaccination (three doses) and Annual Flu Vaccine are highly encouraged
