Job Description

WorkPac, a Tasmea Company, is seeking an Employment Relations Coordinator to support the ER team and collaborate with site managers, Field Team Members, unions and the Fair Work Commission. This is a full time role at our Fortitude Valley office, reporting to the Head of Employment Relations.

Your day may include supporting managers on disciplinary, performance, absence and change management, managing your ER caseload, and maintaining audit-ready records.
