We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and multiskilled Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Cove Kitchen, Newcastle Airport.If you enjoy making great coffee, connecting with customers and being part of a team where no two days are quite the same, we'd love to hear from you.

Desired Skills and Experience n

What you'll be doing

n

From making someone's morning coffee to helping a customer find exactly what they need, you'll play an important role in creating a great customer experience.

n

You'll be involved in:

n

n
- Preparing and serving quality coffee using your barista skills
n
- Providing friendly and welcoming customer service
n
- Serving food and beverages
n
- Processing customer orders and payments
n
- Supporting retail operations and key retail duties
n
- Working across multiple venues and areas as required
n
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
n
- Ensuring the responsible service of alcohol in our licensed café
n

n

What we're looking for

n

We're looking for someone who brings energy, flexibility and a genuine passion for people.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Strong barista and coffee-making skills




n
- A genuine people-person attitude and a passion for customer service
n
- A current NSW RSA certificate – essential , as our café is licensed to sell alcohol
n
- Experience in hospitality, retail or customer service
n
- A multiskilled and flexible approach, with a willingness to get involved wherever needed
n
- Confidence working across different venues, tasks and customer needs
n
- A positive, reliable and professional approach
n
