As a Store Assistant Manager at Roll'd you will:

n

Assist the Store Manager leading a team of up to 15 in a fast paced flagship setting

n

Train, support & mentor a high-energy team

n

Ensure profitability through superior customer service & sales while managing stock & wastage

n

Lead daily operations & ensure compliance

n

Collaborate with marketing to boost community engagement & B2B catering sales

n





The skills & experience we are looking for:

n

Previous experience as a supervisor in the Fast Food Industry

n

Strong leadership skills & the ability to bring out the best in your teams

n

The ability to manage budgets & understand how to impact sales

n

Food safety & compliance knowledge

n
