About the Role n
We are seeking reliable and motivated Injection Moulding Machine Operators to join our manufacturing operation.
n
This role is responsible for operating injection moulding machinery, monitoring product quality, performing basic tool and die changes, packing finished products, and supporting secure and efficient production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities n
Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently
n
Monitor machine performance and production output
n
Perform basic tool, mould, and die changeovers as required
n
Assist with machine set-ups and production changeovers
n
Inspect moulded products for defects, quality, and specification compliance
n
Trim, pack, label, and prepare finished products for dispatch
n
Conduct routine quality assurance checks throughout production runs
n
Load raw materials and monitor material feed during production
n
Identify and report machine faults, defects, or production issues
n
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around machines and work areas
n
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
n
Follow all workplace safety, operational, and quality procedures
Skills and Experience n
Previous injection moulding or manufacturing experience preferred
n
Experience with moulding tools or die changes advantageous
n
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced production environment
n
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
n
Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
