To coordinate the Port Lincoln Football League’s Women’s Football programs both senior and junior with fixtures anticipating to be from early March to late May and involves:

- Plan, manage, and implement various football programs and initiatives for women and girls.
n
- Implement the rules and regulations of the League.
n
- Where possible, or by designation ensure the proper function of programmed matches during the season, whether by attendance or designation
n
- Develop and execute strategies to attract recent participants and retain existing players and volunteers.
n
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for female participation, aligning with the League's values and mission.
n
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as governing bodies and community partners, to achieve program goals.
n
- Attend meetings of the Women’s Football Committee
n
- Manage all aspects of recording including clearances, registrations, goal kickers, results, tables and best players on Play HQ.
n
- Receive reports from umpires, forward to the SANFL Regional Operations Coordinator and assemble tribunal commissioners if a hearing is required
n
- Oversee or designate to ensure main events are conducted successfully eg. Presentation Night 1 year appointment Honorarium available

Requirements & Qualifications nn
- Have a working knowledge and appreciation of the Port Lincoln Football League constitution, structures, and philosophies.
n
- Proven ability to work with a range of people and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team situation.
n
- Ability to work independently.
n
- Proven ability to conduct a sporting competition.
n
- Has competent computer skills and knowledge, and a working knowledge of ICT programs.
n
- Competent in the use of PlayHQ (desirable)
n
- Must have Working with Children accreditation.
