Civeo Australia is looking for experienced and passionate Health and Wellness Coordinators (HWCs)! The FIFO roles are joining our remote site-based team on a casual basis from Perth. The roles are8 days on and 6 days off to offer a lifestyle friendly roster.

What are we seeking? n

Minimum of Cert III in Fitnessor a University degree in Exercise Physiology, Human Movement, Sports Science, or similar allied health

n

- Passionate for physical/mental health and wellbeing
n
- Full of customer service, engagement, and charisma
n
- Skilled with leadership, communication, organization, and report writing
n
- Bonus: further related qualifications and experience developing rehab programs
n

What will your work entail? nn
- Support the development and implementation of health and wellbeing programs/initiatives
n
- Promote lifestyle events at site that drive resident engagement
n
- Monitor, manage,



and maintain all gym facilities and equipment
n
- Deliver group fitness classes and prestart stretching
n
- Conduct health assessments and prescribe individualised health plans
n
- Complete gym screening assessments and manage gym databases
n
- Create and deliver educational seminars for residents and staff
n
- Follow communication and reporting processes (as outlined by management)
