Rare opportunity for a Personal Injury Lawyer in Sydney with a reputable national law firm

2 Years + PAE - Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associates are welcome to apply!

This role has a focus on Plaintiff Workers' Compensation claims, Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVAs), Public Liability and even Medical Negligence if this interests you!

n

About the Role: You'll enjoy a mixed workload on a national scale while working directly with senior Partners and other senior lawyers. We're looking for Personal Injury Lawyers with at least 2 years' Post Admission Experience (PAE) up to Senior Associate level , however, please apply regardless of your seniority as the firm is openminded.

Key responsibilities in this role include the following:

n

n
- Provide legal advice to both new and existing clients.
n
- Manage cases for a partner with minimal supervision while driving matters forward independently when necessary. The support from other seniors is there to get you to excel.
n
- As necessary, draft correspondence, documents & statements.
n
- Prepare draft letters of advice.
n
- Attend to research, including the interpretation of legislation and awards.
n
- Attend conferences.
n
- Foster strong working relationships internally and externally with a team-oriented approach.
n
- Engage in and lead client marketing initiatives,



including attending functions and training sessions.
n
- Exhibit effective time management alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n

To be successful:

n

You will have a minimum of 2 years PAE in Personal injuries law (a higher level of experience is very welcome) and be experienced in:

n

- Work Compensation claims (very desirable)
n
- Motor Vehicle Accident claims
n
- Public Liability claims
n
- Medical Negligence claims (not essential).
n
