Job Description
Help injured workers achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes as a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Frankston, Victoria.

Employment type: Permanent, full time
n Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm
n Work arrangement: Office-based with hybrid working

Duties nn
- Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
n
- Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
n
- Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
n
- Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
n
- Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
n
- Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
n
Skills & experience nn
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy OR Registered Nursing.
n
- Hold registration with AHPRA or ESSA Registration
n
- Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
n
- Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
n
- Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced
n
