What You'll Be Doing n
Working alongside our Centre Director, Assistant Director and wider educator team, you will:
n
n
- n
Support the supervision, care, safety and education of children throughout the day
n
- n
Contribute to the smooth and successful day-to-day operation of the service
n
- n
Plan, implement and evaluate engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with approved learning frameworks
n
- n
Create welcoming, secure, stimulating and interactive learning environments
n
- n
Build positive relationships with children, families and your fellow educators
n
- n
Follow all child protection, health, safety and service policies and procedures
n
- n
Most importantly, bring your personality, ideas and passion for early childhood education to our team!
n
What We're Looking For n
You will have:
n
n
- n
A current paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
n
- n
Currently hold or working towards A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- n
Experience delivering high-quality education and care within an early childhood setting
n
- n
Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
n
- n
Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
n
- n
A current First Aid and CPR Certificate , or willingness to obtain one
n
- n
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment
n
n
Permanent part-time applicants to be available to work 37.5 hours per week across our operating hours of 6:00 am–6:00 pm .
n
Looking for something more flexible? Educators interested in joining our casual pool are also encouraged to apply.
n
Applicants must have permanent working rights in Australia . Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship or accommodate restricted working hours for these positions.
