We are now looking for a talented Demi Chef specializing in Danish to join our team and help us continue our legacy of excellence.

Rooted in rich Italian heritage, we pour our hearts into every slice, swirl, and sprinkle. We lift each other up, celebrate great work, and treat every customer like famiglia.

We’re now on the lookout for a skilled Demi Chef who lives and breathes Danishes and wants to be part of a team that’s as committed to craft as it is to culture.

The Role

You’ll join a team of passionate professionals, creating stunning cakes and pastries that not only look amazing, but taste incredible. You’ll help bring our signature Italian flair to life, every morning!

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting senior pastry chefs by assisting in producing our famed Danish range.

Following production schedules and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs

Brainstorming and testing new Danish ideas,



rooted both in Italian tradition and modern trends

Keeping the kitchen humming with organization, cleanliness, and food safety excellence

What You Bring to the Table

At least 4 years' experience in pastry production, particularly working with Danishes

Strong technical skills – particularly laminating, and croissant-and-dough-shaping

An eye for detail and a commitment to beautiful presentation

Outstanding communication and a collaborative mindset

A love for Italian culture, flavor, and flair

Trade qualifications in baking or patisserie are preferred

Ability to work from 4am, with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
