IDCARE in Bowen Hills, Brisbane, is seeking a casual Case Manager to support clients navigating identity and cyber security risks. This is a primarily telephone-based role with training provided, offering at least 25 hours per week and adaptable scheduling.

You will conduct risk assessments, develop tailored response plans, and provide direct support and scam awareness education to individuals, small businesses, and organisations.
