The Australian Cricketers’ Association (ACA) in Melbourne is seeking an organised, proactive member services professional to join our team. You will support delivery of core member programs and services, recruit and retain ACA members, manage member queries, and maintain accurate CRM records.

This role requires solid communication, problem solving, and collaboration within a small team. Some travel and outside-hours work may be required to meet delivery needs; diversity is valued.
