Journey Beyond's Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures is seeking a Guest Experience Officer to join our pontoon team in Western Australia. You will deliver hospitality, guest experiences and housekeeping while maintaining high standards in a agile setting.
The role involves 10–12 day swings on the pontoon at Talbot Bay, followed by 3–4 days off in Broome, with contracts running from March/April through October/November 2027.
