Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking a reliable and friendly Environmental Services Worker to support our Residential Aged Care home in Stanthorpe . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

About the Role

You will support daily operations across cooking, cleaning kitchen, and servery areas, helping ensure services are delivered safely and with care. This is a permanent part-time role.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with food preparation and meal service
- Setting up and cleaning dining areas and equipment
- Supporting food safety and hygiene standards

About You

- Kitchenhand experience working in a Residential Aged Care Environment(preferred)
- Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Is friendly, respectful, and resident-focused
- Has strong time management skills and can think on their feet
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
- Is adaptable and happy to work across cleaning, and kitchen shifts
- Is flexible with availability, including weekends (penalty rates apply)
- Is available for an immediate start
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
- Valid Australian work rights (sponsorship not available)
