Linfox in Kemps Creek (NSW) is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to drive industrial relations strategy for a diverse blue-collar workforce. You will provide specialist advice to management and stakeholders, supporting operational efficiency, while gaining exposure to unions, tribunals and courts.

This onsite role at our NSW HQ involves leading investigations, supporting enterprise bargaining, and building solid stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
