Pixie Italian is seeking an experienced pasta chef to run the hot/pasta section in our up-to-date Italian kitchen. You will prepare and execute pasta and gnocchi dishes during service, ensuring proper seasoning, al dente texture, and beautiful plating.
The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, with certification in commercial cookery or equivalent hospitality training. You will mentor junior staff and maintain food safety at all times.
