Endeavour Group’s Old Sydney Hotel in Maryborough is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, delivering pub classics with a up-to-date twist and using premium Queensland produce.

You will own the kitchen operations, train and mentor a high-performing team, collaborate with the Publican and FOH, and drive safety, quality, and profitability on every shift. Trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications are required.
