About the Role n

This is a hands-on production role working as part of a small, supportive team in our food manufacturing facility.

n

No two days are exactly the same, so you'll enjoy variety and be willing to help wherever needed to keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Operating food processing and packaging equipment
n
- Preparing and batching ingredients
n
- Filling, packing and palletising finished products
n
- Cleaning production equipment and work areas
n
- Following food safety,



quality and hygiene procedures
n
- Working with the team to meet daily production schedules
n
- Assisting with general production duties as required
n

About You n

We're looking for someone who:

- Has supervisory skills / the ability to lead a small team
n
- Has a great attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
n
- Enjoys hands-on, physical work
n
- Works well in a team
n
- Is willing to learn recent skills
n
- Can follow procedures and pay attention to detail
n
- Wants a stable, long-term position
n

n

A forklift licence is an advantage, but not essential.

Requirements n

n
- Ability to lift products of up to 25kg
n
- Good communication skills
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
- Start times range between 5:00am and 7:00am, Monday to Friday
n
- Permanent Australian working rights
n
