adidas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Market City Factory Outlet in NSW on a full-time basis. You will lead a team to deliver superb customer service, drive sales KPIs, and manage daily retail operations with a focus on stock-to-floor flow and VM standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, pro-activity, and a passion for sport. You will mentor team members on product knowledge and customer service, upholding adidas standards and ensuring a high-energy store workplace.
