Job Description

Bluegrass BBQ Albion is seeking a Team/Shift Leader to take owner- ship of the FOH operation and drive guest experiences. This casual leadership role sits under the Restaurant Manager, focusing on leading a busy FOH team, running efficient shifts, and upselling to drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have previous FOH supervisory experience, robust leadership, and a passion for hospitality. This is a great progression opportunity with management support and a pathway to further responsibility
