Job Description

The team at Flexiforce are seeking an experienced and mechanically-minded Factory Hand for a manufacturing company in Goulburn, NSW.

The successful applicant will possess a solid range of relevant skillsets acquired from within the field, with a background of machinery operation or mechanical engineering, to better assist in the manufacturing, production, and fabrication of mechanical components.

n

The ideal candidate will also be open to receiving potential training of the site’s CNC machining processes.

n

This role offers ongoing employment, Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm, and is an immediate start.

n

Police check or willingness to obtain one is essential. LF Forklift Licence is highly regarded.

- Prior experience in a similar role

- Background of machinery operation or mechanical engineering

- Strong underlying knowledge and a solid range of skillsets in the field

- Physically capable of manual handling

- Great work ethic and can-do-attitude

- Eagerness to learn on the job

- Excellent attention to detail

- Effective communication and comprehension skillsets

- Ability to work in a team environment or without supervision

- Robust focus on safety practices within the workplace
