Job Description

Zambrero Penrith is hiring a full-time Retail Store Manager to oversee end-to-end operations of a high-volume outlet. You will lead and develop staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain food safety and WHS compliance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory management, pricing strategy, and promoting the brand through campaigns and community engagement. The role requires solid leadership and hands-on involvement in daily transactions and staff guidance.
