The Role: n

Working closely with project teams, WHSE Advisors, WHSE Managers and operational leaders, you’ll play an key role in maintaining a safe, compliant and high-performing work environment across our sites.

n

- Supporting the implementation of RCC's WHSE systems, standards and project-specific compliance requirements.
n
- Assisting with workforce onboarding and inductions.
n
- Conducting site inspections, audits and safety observations.
n




- Supporting risk assessments, SWMS reviews and hazard management activities.
n
- Assisting with incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions.
n
- Encouraging proactive hazard reporting and a positive safety culture across project teams.
n
- Working closely with site leadership to ensure safe work practices are maintained at all times.
n

What We’re Looking For: nn
- Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety or a related discipline.
n
- Previous experience in a construction, engineering or safety-related role.
n
- ICAM or similar incident investigation training
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- A proactive and cooperative approach to safety.Eagerness to learn, develop and build a long-term career in WHSE.

- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
