Job Description

ZYL Express is a logistics company providing 3PL services, warehousing and distribution, and Last Mile Delivery solutions. Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a proactive, adaptable and responsible Personal Assistant to the Head of Sales / Sales & Operations Assistant to support client communication, internal coordination and day-to-day business operations.

Key responsibilities n

Assist the Head of Sales with daily tasks, including client communication, responding to enquiries, organising documents and following up on outstanding matters.

n

Support and maintain client relationships by responding promptly to enquiries relating to orders, warehousing, deliveries, quotations and other business matters.

n

Liaise with the Finance team regarding client invoices, payments, charges, account reconciliation and other related matters.

n

Act as a key point of communication between the Sales team, clients, warehouse, Finance and Operations teams to ensure information is communicated clearly and issues are resolved efficiently.

n

Assist the Head of Sales with quotations, client information management, sales follow-ups and other general sales support tasks.

n





Support day-to-day operations and assist with resolving ad hoc client or operational issues as they arise.

n

Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks required to support the smooth running of the business.

About you n

Is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate confidently in a business environment.

n

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills and is comfortable communicating with clients and different internal departments.

n

Is a fast learner, quick to respond and able to understand business processes and pick up new tasks efficiently.

n

Is organised, responsible, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks.

n

Has basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Email.

n

Holds a valid driver's licence and is able to drive - preferred but not essential.

n

Previous experience in logistics, 3PL, customer service, sales support or administration is preferred, but not essential.

n

Is interested in building a long-term career in Sales, Operations, Logistics Coordination or the broader logistics industry.
