Shape the media strategy behind some of Australia’s most recognised beverage brands.

Reporting to the Head of Media & Digital Connections, the Senior Manager, Media will lead the development of integrated, data driven media strategies that strengthen brand visibility and support business growth.

n

Working across digital and traditional channels, you will connect consumer insights, creative thinking and commercial priorities to deliver effective media investment and market leading campaigns.

n

Please note, this role is a parental leave cover and will be offered as a 14M fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Develop and lead an integrated media strategy aligned with brand and business priorities.
n
- Guide data driven media planning across digital, programmatic and traditional channels.
n
- Champion effective measurement and reporting to strengthen media investment decisions and campaign performance.
n
- Build trusted partnerships with media agencies, publishers, technology partners and industry stakeholders.
n
- Represent media within senior leadership forums and embed media planning into annual business cycles.
n
- Lead and develop a high performing media team while building media capability across Marketing.

About You: nn




- 10+ years’ experience across media, marketing, commercial or agency environments.
n
- Robust knowledge of integrated media planning across digital and traditional channels.
n
- Proven ability to translate consumer insights, market trends and performance data into clear strategic direction.
n
- Commercial and financial acumen, with confidence evaluating media investment and business outcomes.
n
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, agencies and cross functional teams.
n
- Experience working within a large, complex organisation, ideally in FMCG, beverages or a related consumer industry.
