We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, reporting, and analysis for the business. This role requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work efficiently with both financial data and stakeholders across the company.

Focused on providing financial assistance and insights to Accelagen management and providing broad support into other areas of the business.
n
Key responsibilities of the role may include, but are not limited to:

- Accounting and reporting related tasks:
n
- Manage accounts payable or receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
n
- Daily data entry, allocation and reconciliation of client expenses
n
- General management accounting including reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
n
- Leverage software automation to streamline accounting processes
n
- Analysis and reporting of month end results
n
- Support of monthly/quarterly BAS
n
- Assisting with the preparation and coding of manual invoices
n
- Preparing expense and credit card expense claims
n
- Vendor set up and administration
n
- Other accounting & finance related tasks as needed
n
About You n
You are CA or CPA qualified. You have a strong accounting background and qualitative expertise, as well as knowledge of accounting ERP systems, NetSuite preferred, and advanced Excel skills. You have a good understanding of accounting standards and have experience of working within a commercial environment with broad accounting expertise.

You are a self-starter, you have good written and verbal communication skills, are a team player enjoying the engagement that working in a team brings. You are proactive, solutions focussed and a natural problem solver with high attention to detail and an organised and methodical approach to your work.
