Job Description

Sirv is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to assist individuals with complex needs in a SIL environment. The role covers 24/7 shifts including sleepovers, with a focus on empowering people to live protected, meaningful, and independent lives.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years in the field, knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support, and a current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
