nWe are seeking an experienced Chef to join our dynamic team at Aqua Kitchen and Bar in Angourie, NSW.n

nWe are looking for someone to have a strong creative influence in our celiac friendly kitchen who is passionate about showcasing fresh local ingredients. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.n

nWhat you'll be doing:n
n- Preparing and cooking fresh, modern, gluten free cuisine, ensuring food quality is at a consistently high standardn
n- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient, seamless servicen
n- Assisting with menu development and recipe creationn
n- Ensuring a clean, organised and well-stocked kitchenn
n- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygienen
n- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests and being flexible with client requests. n
n
nWhat we're looking for:n
n- Passion for creating cutting-edge, delicious dishesn
n- Minimum 4 years proven record of working in a busy commercial kitchenn




n- Prior experience cooking/baking Gluten Free productsn
n- Committed and reliable n
n- Able to work autonomously or part of a teamn
n- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety. Preferably hold a food safety certificate.n
n- Excellent time management and multitasking skillsn
n- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentn
n- Have experience in ordering for the kitchen and barn
n- Be adaptable and dynamic and able to train staff in correct company proceduresn
n- Fun, positive, team-oriented attituden
