If you are a lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial law and/or estate planning, this is the kind of role that can give you a genuine next step. This is not a narrow support role. It is a visible, client-facing position for someone who enjoys practical advice, bespoke drafting and working across both commercial/business matters and estate planning.

What you’ll be doing n

You’ll work across a mix of commercial and estate planning matters with strong day-to-day responsibility. Your work is likely to include:

- advising on a broad range of commercial and business matters
n
- drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
n
- advising on and preparing wills and related estate planning documents
n
- assisting on both straightforward and more complex estate planning matters
n
- managing files with a high level of autonomy
n




- building direct client relationships and providing practical, tailored advice
n
- working closely with senior lawyers while handling matters independently
n

What you’ll bring n

You will ideally have:

- at least 3 years’ PQE
n
- solid experience in commercial law and/or estate planning
n
- confidence managing matters with a good level of autonomy
n
- strong drafting, communication and client relationship skills
n
- the ability to provide practical, plain English advice
n
- sound judgement, attention to detail and a proactive approach
n
