What we are looking for
- WSET Level 2 or above (or equivalent)
- 2 years + experience as a Wine Waiter/Junior Sommelier
- A passion for and knowledge of premium wine offerings
- Knowledge of the Italian, Australian and International market
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in this role workingin a fine dining establishment
- Have full Australian working rights
