Mighty Me Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced and capable early childhood educator to step into a key leadership role within our Preschool program.

This position is suited to someone ready to take ownership as a Preschool Room Leader, with the opportunity to also take on Educational Leader and/or 2IC responsibilities within a small, high-quality service.

The Role n

You will lead the Preschool room and play a key role in shaping the educational direction of the centre.

n

Responsibilities include:

n

- n





Leading and delivering a high-quality educational program

n
- n

Supporting children’s development across all domains

n
- n

Mentoring and guiding educators within the room

n
- n

Contributing to curriculum planning and centre-wide practice

n
- n

Ensuring compliance with the NQS and National Regulations

n
- n

Building strong relationships with families and the team

n

n

About You n

We are looking for a confident, experienced educator who takes pride in their work and understands what quality looks like.

n

You will have:

n

n
- n

A Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education

n
- n

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in early childhood education

n
- n

At least 1 year experience as a Room Leader (preferred)

n
- n

Strong working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

n
- n

Leadership capability and confidence guiding a team

n
- n

Current First Aid & CPR

n
- n

Valid WWCC and Child Protection training

n
- n
