Job Description

Jay Jays is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Northlakes store, helping drive sales, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced streetwear environment. The role requires full time availability, including weekends, late hours and public holidays.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to hit KPIs, manage stock, and keep the store fresh while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture and supporting visual merchandising efforts.
