The Old Laundry in North Perth is seeking a dedicated full-time Sous Chef to join our team. We are a neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar open 6 days a week, serving Contemporary Australian cuisine with Mediterranean-style share plates.

You will support the Head Chef, assist with seasonal menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events, and help run our catering operations. We value a minimum of 2 years in a leadership Sous Chef role, strong culinary skills, and solid food safety knowledge, with
