This well established North Shore agency is seeking a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to take on a portfolio starting at 100 properties.

The portfolio will grow gradually to a maximum of 150, so you can build it the right way without ever being overloaded. With leasing, admin and accounts support in place, you can focus on your landlords and delivering great service.

The Support Structure

- Leasing support so you can focus on your managements
- Admin and accounts support provided
- A capped portfolio for a sustainable workload

The Role

- Manage a portfolio starting at 100 properties, growing steadily to a cap of 150
- Be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, building strong and lasting relationships
- Oversee arrears, maintenance, renewals, inspections and tribunal matters where required




- Work closely with the leasing and admin team to keep everything running smoothly
- Contribute to portfolio growth and retention as the book expands

What You Bring

- Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- Experience in portfolio management (essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential)
- A proactive, organised approach and pride in high service standards
- Knowledge of the North Shore market highly regarded

What's On Offer

- $80,000 to $120,000 package, pending experience
