BlueCare Fraser Shore 2 Retirement Village in Hervey Bay is seeking an experienced Gardener to join the grounds and maintenance team. This permanent full-time role focuses on keeping the village workplace well-kept and welcoming for residents.

You will perform mowing, whipper-snipping, edging and hedging, plus general site maintenance, contributing to resident-focused services and a strong sense of place within the village.
