A Residential / Holiday Resort in Main Beach is seeking an experienced management couple to oversee the resort's day-to-day operations. The role includes accommodation in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1-car ground-floor apartment with a large private north-facing courtyard overlooking the resort pool and tennis court. Utilities are included.

Key responsibilities

- Reception and administration
n
- Owner, resident and holiday guest relations
n
- Body Corporate and committee liaison
n
- Contractor and maintenance coordination
n
- Resort inspections and general presentation
n
- Day-to-day operational matters
n
- Appropriate after-hours and emergency response
n
n
About you
n
n
- Qualified, reliable and personable
n
- Previous resort or management-rights experience
n
- Experience with Resly or similar software
n
- Experience with MYBOS building management software preferred
n
- Must have RLA or LREA or ability to obtain before commencing
