About the role n

Working closely with leading planning and environment partners, you will advise on:

n

n
- planning approvals and development strategy;
n
- environmental regulation and compliance;
n
- compulsory acquisition and land compensation;
n
- major infrastructure and urban development;
n
- energy transition and data centre projects; and
n
- Land and Environment Court proceedings.
n

n

The work spans major project delivery, strategic advisory and complex disputes , giving you broad exposure across the full lifecycle of significant developments.

The ideal candidate n

n
- 3-4 years PQE in planning, environment, or local government law.
n
- Knowledge of NSW planning laws desirable.
n
- Strong technical legal skills and drafting ability
n
- Excellent communication and client management skill
n
- Commercial judgement and confidence working on complex matters
n
