Wellwood Health is a boutique wellness studio set in a unique cabin environment on the Pacific Highway in Loganholme. We combine Reformer Pilates, Clinical Pilates, Yoga, Barre and therapies in a warm, community-focused space. Our members stay because the teaching is considered, the classes feel personal, and the studio is a place people want to return to.

We are growing our timetable and looking for a confident, comprehensive instructor who can teach both group Reformer and Clinical Pilates to a high standard.

The Role n

You will deliver high-quality Reformer and/or Clinical Pilates classes across our morning, afternoon and evening timetable. This is a hands-on teaching role in a small-class environment, with a strong focus on safety, programming quality and member experience.

- Teach Clinical Pilates classes (max 3 participants) with clear progressions and modifications
n
- Assess new and returning clients, adapt programming, and support members with injuries, post-rehab needs and specific goals
n
- Maintain a safe studio environment, including equipment setup, tidy-down and reformer care
n
- Build rapport with members and contribute to a welcoming, professional studio culture
n




- Work collaboratively with the existing instructor team and studio management
n
- Complete class notes, attendance and any required client communication in a timely way
n

About You nn
- Reformer and/or Comprehensive Pilates qualification covering Reformer and/or Clinical / rehab-informed teaching (or equivalent recognised training)
n
- Confident teaching mixed-level group Reformer and small-group Clinical classes
n
- Solid cueing, programming and modification skills
n
- Current First Aid / CPR (or willingness to obtain before start)
n
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
n
- Warm, reliable and member-focused — you enjoy teaching people, not just delivering a workout
n
- Consistent availability (timetable to be agreed)
n
- Experience with Mindbody or similar studio software is an advantage
n
