Your Role n

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences that reflect Coca Chu’s agile and welcoming atmosphere. You’ll be a confident and approachable leader who can motivate, train, and support your team to deliver seamless service from start to finish.

Supervise and coordinate front‑of‑house operations during service

Lead by example in providing warm, professional, and engaging guest service

Mentor and support team members, maintaining a high‑energy, positive work environment

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and RSA regulations

n
- n

Collaborate with management to drive service improvements and uphold brand standards

n
- n

Contribute to staff training, performance development, and team culture initiatives

n

What we’re looking for n

n
- n

Previous supervisory experience in a premium or high‑volume restaurant

n
- n

Solid knowledge of service sequences, food and beverage, and wine pairing

n
- n

Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)

n
- n

Food Safety Certificate and Driver’s Licence (Desirable)

n
- n

Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills

n
- n

A proactive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
