3Bridges Community is seeking a Social Groups Support Worker to help deliver high-quality activities for older adults at social groups, outings, and shopping trips. You will support independence, wellbeing, and social engagement through practical assistance and personal care.

Flexibility to work across sites is required, with collaboration across the team to ensure secure and inclusive experiences for clients.
