Our busy Alstonville agency has a quick growing property management section. We require an experienced property manager that can work in a team environment and be self-motivated. This is a permanent full-time opportunity in a supportive and inclusive team.
Key responsibilities n
n
- Manage residential properties, including liaising with tenants and landlords
n
- Conduct and action maintenance requests and routine inspections
n
- Prepare leasing documents, entry and exit reports
n
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople when required
n
About you nn
- Current full Australian driver's license
n
- Proven working experience in Property Management or similar
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel)
n
- Familiar with residential tenancy law and basic residential property maintenance needs
n
- Flexible start and finishing hours
n
- On the job training and ongoing support
n
- Stability in a long-established business proud of their supportive culture and working environment
