Job Description

Ablethorpe Recruitment is seeking a Senior In-House Legal Counsel (Employment Law) for a 12-month contract in Melbourne. The role targets an Employment Lawyer with 5–10+ years of experience across workplace relations, EEO, WHS, and related compliance matters within a large in-house team.

The successful candidate will advise on industrial instruments, collective bargaining agreements, and provide strategic guidance to a global brand with a regional ANZ presence.
