Job Description

Our client, a Commonwealth Government organisation whose focus is to provide support to Australian's living with disability, require the services of Agile Delivery Managers.

Duties n

n
- Facilitate multiple scrum teams in an agile project environment.
n
- Support the product owners to develop and manage product backlogs, new requests and remove barriers.
n
- Coach team members in agile frameworks and scrum practices.
n
- Guide design teams to higher scrum maturity.
n
- Support the product owners to develop and manage product backlogs, new requests and remove barriers.
n
- Manage projects involving large data lake solutions.
n

Skills and Experience nn
- At least 3+ years’ experience facilitating the delivery of complex projects using Agile methodologies
n
- A solid understanding of the SAFe methodology and its application within a large and complex Program, preferably within a government context.
n




- Proficiency in using various IT applications and project management tools, including Jira Confluence.
n
- Demonstrated work experience managing/delivering large-scale ICT transformation. programs/projects in an Australian Government setting.
n
