Ford, with Mazda as a secondary brand, is looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter / Pre-Delivery Technician to join our team.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, has strong attention to detail and wants to build their career within a supportive dealership environment.

About the Role n

Working across Ford and Mazda, you’ll play an important role in ensuring vehicles are professionally prepared, accessorised and presented to the highest standard before they reach our customers.

n

You’ll be responsible for:

n

n
- Installing genuine and aftermarket vehicle accessories
n
- Fitting tow bars, roof racks, steps, protection products and other accessories
n
- Installing electrical accessories including dash cameras and reversing cameras
n
- Completing pre-delivery inspections and vehicle preparation
n
- Carrying out vehicle checks to ensure accessories and features operate correctly
n
- Identifying and rectifying minor issues prior to customer delivery
n
- Following manufacturer specifications and fitting instructions
n
- Working closely with Sales, Service and Workshop teams to meet delivery deadlines
n
- Maintaining accurate job cards and vehicle documentation
n
- Keeping the workshop and work areas clean, safe and organised
n

About You n

We’re looking for someone who is practical, detail-oriented and passionate about vehicles, with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

n

You’ll bring:

n

n
- Previous experience in accessory fitting, pre-delivery or automotive preparation
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical skills
n
- Ability to confidently use hand and power tools
n




- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow technical instructions and manufacturer specifications
n
- Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Professional attitude and solid work ethic
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence
n
- Automotive dealership, accessory fitting or pre-delivery experience will be highly regarded.
