We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide uniform fittings, admin support, and exceptional customer service. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate customer records and supporting the delivery of ADA's contract services.

- Conducting garment fittings, measurements, and apparel sizing
n
- Coordinate day-to-day office tasks, email triage and competing priorities
n
- Act as the first point of contact for agencies contracted by ADA with a strong focus on professional service
n
- Greet visitors and personnel,



maintaining accurate visitor attendance records
n
- Weekly stock analysis and reporting to ensure all KPI's are met and all inventory is level
n

n
Skills And Experiences n
n

n
- 2-3 years' experience in customer service, retail, or administration preferred but not required
n
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
n
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Able to perform admin tasks independently
n
- Rights to work in Australia and current national police check or ability to obtain
n
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong time management skills
