Job Description

The CareSide is seeking a Field Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing field sales team across Australia. You will focus on developing reps, improving conversion rates, and implementing productive sales processes.

You’ll spend time coaching, reviewing CRM activity, and analysing performance to drive growth and geographic expansion. Occasional travel is required as the team spans WA, SA, VIC, NSW, and QLD.
