Workfast is looking for a Pick Packers and parcel sorters to join our national clients warehousing team in Pemulwuy.

Pay rate: $35 per hour + OT penalties + super

Hours: 5am to 9am (Mon to Fri) - Wekkend work available during busy periods

Location: Pemulwuy, NSW

Candidates must have the ability to accurately pick and pack orders and be proficient in using RF scanning devices. This role requires a sound knowledge of inventory handling and warehouse safety systems, alongside the ability to maintain a high level of speed and accuracy during daily operations. This is an essential warehouse position for a proactive operator ready to support the team through productive order fulfilment and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

What you need

Previous experience in a fast-paced picking and packing environment.

Proficiency with RF scanning devices and basic warehouse management systems.

Sound understanding of 5S methodology and general workplace health and safety.

Good English speaking,



reading, and writing skills.

Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, walking, and heavy lifting throughout the day.

What you will be doing

Accurately picking and packing goods according to KPI measures

Utilising RF scanning devices to locate, track, and update inventory movements.

Preparing, labelling, and securing outgoing stock for dispatch.

Assisting with scheduled cycle counting and daily stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.

Complying with WHS policies, conducting risk assessments, and reporting hazardous situations.

Unloading incoming shipments and safely sorting stock into appropriate locations.
