Requirements & Eligibility nn
- PreviousexperienceasaKitchenManager,HeadChef,orSousChefinabusyrestaurant

- StrongknowledgeofauthenticThaicuisine,ingredients,andtraditionalcookingtechniques
n
- Experienceleadingandmanagingkitchenteams
n
- Knowledgeofrostering,stockcontrol,foodcosting,andinventorymanagement
n
- UnderstandingofHACCP,foodsafety,andworkplacehealthandsafetyrequirements

- Abilitytoworkefficientlyinafast-paced,high-volumeenvironment
