Job Description

COSMEX, an established plastic surgery practice in Epping, NSW, is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Patient Concierge for a full time role Monday to Friday with no weekends and a potential 9 Day Fortnight. The candidate will be the welcoming face of the clinic and help ensure a smooth patient journey.

You will warmly welcome patients, manage front desk and phone lines, schedule appointments, and support patients before and after consultations while liaising with surgeons, nurses and the clinical
